Educational Toys for Infants - Endow your kid with intelligence
Everyone wants to see his/ her children successful and happy when they grow up. Success is related to intelligence since only an intelligent citizen survives in the struggle for existence. Enrichment of intelligence starts at home when the kids start learning, especially with the help of toys. Some toys, rightly called educational toys endeavor to put forth the fact that learning is not necessarily boring but often a fun. Learning can at times be an enjoyable enrichment of their human self.
With numerous modern methods of teaching, and so many developmental approaches toward education of the child, sometimes it becomes really difficult to take the right decision. In case of the educational toys, developmental games and learning materials are the important ingredients in the recipe to make learning fun. It is advisable to use your child’s favorite game as the means of his learning. He will, in that case, develop a right attitude towards game and learn more rapidly than he’d do in class.
The best way is to start from simple books and educational toys, then slowly moving to more complex educational games, science activities and puzzles. You have to understand the interest of your child; if he is interested in pirate games, dinosaur activities, electronic playground, play dough animals or marble run construction, then it will inspire his ingenuity, thoughts and resourcefulness.
Their intelligence can be expanded by introducing the children to various subjects like math, language, music, art, science, history and geography. You can also let your child’s imagination in arts and crafts, making music, building a castle or searching for bugs. This will enrich his knowledge. You can actually create a fun environment by making your child’s mind stronger and building up his level of confidence.
The power of magnets is known throughout the world. It is simply amazing and people wit a minimum amount of intelligence will like his kid to play with this magical thing. The power of magnet to attract and repel will not only amuse the kid but also endow him with a new light of knowledge,
There are various toys which makes the child understand the basic colors and also learn some new colors (combination of primary colors like magenta, cyan etc). Therefore a carefully selected toy helps in learning and spatial development of a child of all ages. It also increases the cognitive skill and helps in motor development. Moreover, the kids enjoy these games and perhaps this is the most important aspect.
The scientists have observed a new fact that those kids who received the benefits of educational toys and games have their IQ increased by 32 and 58 points. This is extremely astonishing. Thus the impact of education toys is significant in every corner of the world.

1. Use colors to attract children's attention to lead them to learn.
2. Use the same color to show them that certain different numbers are associated with each other.
3. Use shading, light to dark, assigned to ascending numbers, to make them associate the darker numbers with being larger, so that they have help to remember which numbers have greater value.
4. Set up a group of differently colored objects, and ask them to count how many are red, or orange, and so on.

Mothercare sells an elephant that has various fasteners on it.. laces on one shoe.. that cannot come out.. other shoe has a button.. velcro on the pockets of its jacket and a zipper on the jacket . the jacket is stitched on and cannot be removed…… Boots sell safari sam who is a soft bodied doll with many clothes with all the zips and buttons. Try looking in toysrus and Early learning centre too. I remeber my daughter had the elephant and safari sam. they really did help her a lot with her motor skills.

They are now making hair bands out out used condoms and it's resulting in the spread of AIDS or other STD's. When girls hold the bands in their mouths while arranging or plaiting their hair.

Take them to a state funded daycare, where things are always needed and appreciated. He will be able to hand them over himself and watch the children play. Maybe a developmental preschool that provides services to disabled children (usually state/federally funded as well).
Keep in mind that young children tend to forget some of their toys once they are removed by parents and then when they see them they immediately want to play with them again. So there is a chance that your son (being 2) may get upset and not want to hand over his toys. Just be prepared is all I'm saying.

You are sooooo cheating! But I will help you, having walked that mile. Plus, hey I like you.
My 9 year old (boy) has been into video games, baseball, soccer (anything where running is promoted), and more recently, cartooning. He likes a "cool room" and gets thrilled at cool stuff for his walls and bedding. Signs like No Girls Allowed, while frowned upon by us level headed grownups, are the living end for a 9 year old boy.
At 3, sadly enough, he liked any toy that beeps, talks, lights up, or otherwise drives parents insane.
Gina's 6, right smack between your 5 and 7 year olds. Pet Shop things are her world. There are all kinds of little pets and playthings for them. They come with toys and houses and accessories. Kind of like a four legged Barbie. About as easy to open as a Barbie too. I'd rather get a raw egg out of a steel box wrapped in barbed wire. But it's for the greater good right? Gina also has a huge immagination, and loves pretending, so we are getting her dress up clothes this year. This was a huge hit with our (now) 18 year old when she was the same age. Apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
Are you handy around the house? For their birthdays Mr. Mozz made Evan a treehouse and Gina a sandbox. Another year we painted their rooms. We rag-rolled Evan's room camoflauge pattern, and Gina's we made stencils around the walls. Can you open this? I dont know if I did it right.

Mostly it boils down to the personality of the child. Cartooning gear is a great choice for Evan but wouldn't be for Gina. Good luck, and pay attention when they go flying into a room to see a particular commercial!

The dog comment is for me. I'm sorry someone else's drama got dragged into your question. It's inappropriate. Apparently my kids are ugly and I'm a dog. Wasn't much more to it than that. That's a lotta hate.

kids learn on their own…they need to learn about life as an unrestricted field of good. Where there is no limit as to how much good a person can do, and the most good a person does will get them more than any bad could ever give a person. And that will only be known when they realize that the life of good they lived has given them wisdom over the next person whose money has given them ego and no substance to coinside with their age. Kids are good, some become bad after bad things they learn from mostly TV or at home.
